I am really glad that I chose therapy. It has really helped me to prioritize myself. At first i was worried about finding the right therapist. But you Kirti, you understand me well. You make it easy for me to convey my feelings . I am happy that we are building the rapport and trust. I can tell you everything that's going on in my mind. The journey towards self love is not always easy and a therapist certainly guides you in the right direction.

I had been to therapy before, so was obviously well-versed with the way it works, the amount of work it requires. When I first connected with Kirti, I was very scared to open up in front of someone all over again, face my fears all over again, and come out of a dark place all over again. However after connecting with her I felt so much at ease, my heart had so much misery and confusion that got cleared only in a few sessions. Her techniques of therapy are very self-introspecting, which is the best part, as she doesn't give you any answers, she makes you find them within you. That approach really helps you apply those thoughts and questions everytime you feel stuck or stressed in a particular situation. Her videos are so helpful and informative. She is also very accommodating and emphathetic in terms of giving emergency sessions and cancellations.

It was very helpful as well as enlightening one. During these days of pandemic it was hard to cope up with mental pressure and isolation...but the session was really helpful and kicked out the boredom inside me. Kirti was a great trainer, she took time to answer every single individual's queries and took in all participants feedback about the programme. She also knew the answer to almost anything anyone asked in the training which really showed how much learning and effort she had put into the training.
