1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Offered
We provide a range of mental health services, including but not limited to:
- Therapy and counseling sessions
- Trainings, workshops, and certifications
- Recorded courses and live interactive sessions
- Internships and supervision programs for mental health professionals
3. User Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
- Ensure the information you provide during registration or booking is accurate and up to date.
- Use our services for personal or professional development and not for any unlawful purpose.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
All payments must be made in full at the time of registration or booking.
a. Courses and Trainings
Payments are non-refundable and cannot be readjusted, except in cases where The PsyK-Life cancels the program.
Participants may reschedule their session or course if a request is made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course.
b. Therapy Sessions
Changes to session timings are allowed if requested 48 hours in advance.
Failure to show up for a session within 5 minutes of the scheduled time will result in session cancellation, and the fee will still be charged.
No refunds are provided for therapy sessions.
5. Content Ownership and Usage
All content provided by The PsyK-Life, including course materials, recorded sessions, worksheets, and resources, is the intellectual property of The PsyK-Life.
Restrictions:
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or share any content without prior written permission.
Course materials are for personal use only.
Violation of these terms may lead to legal action.
6. Session Conduct and Confidentiality
Therapy Sessions: Client confidentiality is paramount. However, we may disclose information if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law.
Courses and Trainings: Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect for peers and trainers during live sessions.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund.
7. Course Access and Recordings
Access to recorded courses and session materials is provided for the duration specified in the program details.
Sharing login credentials or course access with others is prohibited.
8. Disclaimer of Results
While we strive to provide the best resources and training, The PsyK-Life does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using our services. Success depends on individual effort, commitment, and prior experience.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The PsyK-Life is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Therapy and training outcomes depend on individual participation and commitment.
10. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue any service, course, or program without prior notice.
Update or amend these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi.
