She is a trained and certified Expressive Arts based Therapy Practitioner, Play Therapist, Narrative Therapy Practitioner and works in therapy using a trauma informed lens, engrained in mindfulness, and eclectic healing techniques for making meaning of our lives, through our voice. The nature of her work involves all kinds of eclectic, novel ways using arts, music, dance, poetry, movement, narratives, movie analysis, book/passage reviewing , metaphorical insights to make sense of our world through our voice.
