Course Highlights
The Certification offered in association with UNESCO-CID, France, focuses on different modalities of expressive art therapy- visual arts, dance movement, music, psychodrama, play, and eco-art therapy. We believe in experiential learning along with theoretical knowledge, participants will gain the skills to apply these techniques to a variety of demographics. Overall, the certification is 200 hours of hands-on training including 50 hours of supervised internship.

Dr. Ashima Narula, an expressive art therapist and counseling psychologist based in Delhi, holds an MA in Clinical Psychology and a PhD in Psychology. A registered Creative Dance Movement Therapist with UNESCO-CID, she integrates movement into therapy for a holistic approach.She has completed a continuing education program from the European Graduate School, Switzerland, in Expressive Arts, Digital Arts, and Media, enriching her therapeutic toolkit. As a professional member of the International Expressive Arts Therapy Association (IEATA), she upholds ethical and effective practices.Beyond therapy, she trains students in expressive art therapy, offering CID UNESCO-registered courses to nurture the next generation of therapists.
